Left alone, wine grapes will become wine. How good of a wine they turn into is mostly up to the grower and the WINEMAKER.
In this class we dive a little deeper into the winemaking process. We will cover in more detail pre and post fermentation techniques, the use of tannins, testing at home, how to detect and correct any issues if they occur, and much more. There will be time for open-discussion in this class, so bring your questions if you have them. This class will be held at Oak Barrel Winecraft in Berkeley. And as always, homemade wine for sampling will be provided.
